HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY

Check in policy:

Check-in: from 14:00 - Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check out:  12:00 noon

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out subject to availability
12:00 to 18:00 check-out: 50% surcharge on room rate
After 18:00 check-out: 100% of the surcharge

Children's Policy:

Children under 6: free.
Children from 6 to under 11 years: USD 7  / person / room / night.
Children 12 years old and older Adults: surcharge US$ 10  / person / room / night.

Cancellation policy

If canceled or modified up to 72 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified up to 72 hours, credit card payment is required within 72 hours of your arrival, and the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of room rate and tax will be charged.
